If you caught our last newsletter, you would know that we have been working on the launch of our new Online Client Portal, which gives you instant and secure access to your policy information and documentation. In case you missed it, you can download our 'How to Guide' by clicking the link to the right of the page and get access.

Now, we are excited to share with you the Lockton Performance App which we have developed especially with our Performance clients in mind. It will give you all the same information relating to your Motor Insurance Policy, but right at your fingertips. Once you are logged into the App you will benefit from:

  • Instant access to Certificates and Policy Schedules
  • Information about Drivers and Excesses
  • Claims contact details
  • A direct link to call or email your Account Manager

For those clients who are yet to move onto our new AXAXL product, you will be able to view your policy information and some limited documentation. If you would like the most up to date documents uploaded, feel free to get in touch with your Account Manager, who will be able to arrange this for you. On your next renewal, we will review your account in detail, to ensure you have everything you need.

As a starting point, we have developed the Apple iOS app and will soon be launching the Android version. To download the App, click the link below which will take you to the Apple App store.

To get going on the App, you need to register by clicking the following link:


Register using these three simple steps:

  • Verify your email address; using the address we use to send you email correspondence.
  • Set a new password; after you have verified your email address, you will get an email with a link to set a new password.
  • Log In; once you have set your new password, you will be taken to the log in screen of the Online Client Portal.

The password you set up can be used to log into both the Online Client Portal accessible from www.locktonperformance.com and the Lockton Performance App.

Once you are registered, we will use this method to securely send you your policy documentation. You will always receive an email notification to let you know we have sent you something.

Our team of dedicated Account Managers will always be on hand to help you out with any questions you may have.
