Pirelli is returning to Silverstone this summer and Lockton continues to be the official insurance partner of their UK P ZERO Experience.
Guests will be given the opportunity to drive their own car on the famous and iconic GP circuit, from the half mile Hangar Straight to the thrilling Copse complex. This year will see the entire event based from the Silverstone Wing.
Throughout the day, guests will also be able to test drive high-performance vehicles from a range of manufacturers and engage with a team of instructors to further hone their skills behind the wheel.
The P ZERO Experience follows an open pitlane format with two 3-hour track sessions, allowing guests plenty of time to experience the circuit.
Lunch will be served from The Wing and refreshments are available in a dedicated Pirelli hospitality lounge throughout the day.
Attendees at P ZERO Experience include motoring enthusiasts and owners of sports, super and hyper cars. An exciting and educational experience, it is an opportunity for drivers to use more of their vehicle's performance in a safe environment, and better understand how the car behaves at speeds higher than are allowed on public roads.
With a history pre-dating the birth of the motor car, Pirelli is one of the world's longest established tyre manufacturers. They are an original equipment provider to car makers including Aston Martin, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren and Porsche, working closely with these companies to develop tyres for some of the fastest cars in production.
Pirelli is also the official tyre provider to Formula 1, the World Rally Championship and FIM World Superbike Championship, developing tyres suitable for all conditions and using this technology to assist with the development of tyres for road cars.
